Automation has become one of the most important things for your Digital Marketing strategy. It is now time to start working with automated tools.

LandingTrack is the only platform in terms of performance that can help your daily work to be more efficient. And that is why we have added to our system New optimization Rules;

Now you will be able to control all your Native, Pop, Push notification, Redirect, Display/Banner Campaigns with LandingTrack.

IMPORTANT: remember that Banner Stats (IMPRESSIONS) will come always with a delay between 15 to 25 min) as it is the DSP the one sharing that info with LandingTrack.

The new Optimization Tab is ready to block your Advertising Materials and Sources from Campaigns for:

1- Banners: Block banners base on: Impressions — Visits (Clicks) — Leads — Revenue — Cost — Profit — Bots

2- Sources: Block Sources (subids/placementid etc..)base on Impressions — Visits (Clicks) — Leads — Revenue — Cost — Profit — Bots

We can divide Optimization rules into 2 different parts.

1- RULES FOR YOUR BUDGET:

Each dimension has it’s own profile with different options and configurations. Let’s click on Optimization Rules first

1.1 CAMPAIGNS:

The first option is to “Re-activate” your Dimension the next day — Base on your server time zone at 0:00 AM. Tick the box if you would like to set it up

  1. 2 GLOBAL NEGATIVE PROFIT:

This feature is to control your daily Lost, for the example above →30$ is the total amount you are willing to lose for that Campaign. The sooner you lose 30$ per Campaign and DSP LandingTrack will pause completely the campaign.

  1. 3 NEGATIVE PROFIT PER DAY

This Feature is for you to control and manage your daily lost, for the example above →10$ is the daily amount you are willing to lose for that Campaign per day. The sooner you lose 10$ per Campaign and DSP LandingTrack will pause completely the campaign.

  1. 4 NEGATIVE PROFIT PER HOUR

This Feature is to control and manage your lost per hour.

2- Blocking Sources

Let’s move to the next TAB — Optimizations — where you can set up all your optimization rules. Our workers will be checking every minute applying your set up.

Click on Create new Ruleset to add your first rule.

Add your rules Name for easy recognition and select if you want to apply it for Banners or Sources:

You can start working on your Optimization rules, remember that LandingTrack will automatize your banners and source, every minute.

The rule bellow is to block non converting sources after receiving 560 clicks from a source without having a conversion (lead).

For those sources that have made a conversion and we would like to keep our ROI up, we have set the following rule:

Leads greater than 0 and revenue is less than 120% of our cost then we will be blocking the source.

Example: Source-12345 has 1 lead with a $1.5 revenue → our cost has been $1 and profit is $0.5, this is 50% PROFIT, the source will be blocked below 20% PROFIT.

And finally, for those who want to stay away from bots. For those sources that did not make a conversion and the % of bots is higher than 60% then block.

You can create multiple rules, add new ones or remove old ones, for both cases LT will warn you before you save them and as soon as you do it LandingTrack will apply your new rules.

Last thing to know, to enable your rules just click on Config button:

3- Blocking Banners

We have selected the option Banners, meaning that LandingTrack for the example above will pause/block your banner if the impressions receive are higher than 2.500 and the Visits (Clicks) on your banner are less than 15.

You can add more Rules to your Ruleset; for the example above we have add also the Cost and Revenue. Just click on the dropdown next to “AND IF” select your Rule option (Impressions, Visits, Revenue, Profit, Cost, Leads, Bots).

We have added that if the Cost of the subid/placementid etc.. is higher than 1.2$ and the Revenue generated for that subid/placementid etc.. is less than 1.1$ then we will pause/block the banner_ID.

As you have seen we can pause/block banners but we also can block subid/placementid etc.. base on the exact rules we have seen it before. For the example below we will be blocking subid/placementid etc.. base on:

“If the visits/clicks sent by the subid/placementid etc.. are higher than 20 and there is not leads then = Block subid/placementid etc..”

And we can add more rules to our ruleset anytime. “If the Cost of the traffic for one subid/placementid etc.. is higher than 2$ and the Revenue that has brought to us is less than 1.9$ then = BLock subid/placementid etc..”

As you can see you can create and delete several rules, anytime any moment and LandingTrack will be checking those for you. This is automation and that's how you will be automating all your campaign through us.

Once we have set up all our Optimization Rules we can check ou banner Stats and status on our New Tab name: Banners — inside of each Dimension.

Here you can check all your daily stats, see if your banner is still up and running or paused, and also pause banners from this panel.
