LandingTrack — Auto Optimization

There are 3 ways on LandingTrack to optimize your traffic:

1- Main Algorithm ( can work base on: eCPM — CR — CTR)

2- Second Algorithm — Pre-weight ( can work base on: eCPM — CR — CTR)

3- Manual Mode.

MAIN ALGORITHM

LandingTrack main algorithm works by default. You do not need to touch anything in order to rotate/optimize your offers.

How does it work?

LandingTrack will optimize your traffic base on eCPM real-time — That means it will take all your historical data into consideration in order to redirect visits to your offers.

The traffic will be split equally among your offers.

As soon as you start getting conversions, 100% of the traffic will be sent to the winner offer (as it is the one with the highest eCPM).

Once the offer stops making conversions the eCPM will drop and at some point being equal to the rest of the offers. At that time, when all your offers have the same eCPM, the traffic will be split equally among them until it finds a winner offer.

How can I change the distribution model?

On your Dimension Profile — just click on the button> EDIT

Select the Balancer option.

Select the way you would like to distribute your clicks base on:

  • EPV (eCPM)
  • CTR
  • CR

Then Save.

SECOND ALGORITHM — PRE-WEIGHT

The pre-weight algorithm does not come by default, instead, you need to activate it.

How does it work?

This optimization works as follow

  • Real-Time eCPM — CR — CTR
  • 70 to 80% of traffic will go to the winner offer
  • The rest of the traffic will be split among the rest of the offers.

How can we activate the Pre-Weight Algorithm?

On your Dimension Profile — just click on the button> EDIT

Select the Distribution option.

Tick the Pre-weight option and save.

How can I change the distribution model?

On your Dimension Profile — just click on the button> EDIT

Select the Balancer option.

Select the way you would like to distribute your clicks

  • EPV (eCPM)
  • CTR
  • CR

Then Save.

MANUAL MODE

If you like to distribute your traffic Manually we do have an option for that.

IMPORTANT: take into consideration that changing from AUTOMATIC OPTIMIZATION to MANUAL MODE > will reset your offer’s stats to 0.

Changing from MANUAL MODE to AUTOMATIC OPTIMIZATION > will reset your offer’s stats to 0.

On your Dimension > TAB OFFERS — you will find all the offers you have added on your Dimension.

To start with the MANUAL MODE just click on the wheel next to the offer and adjust the % you would like to send to that offer.

Once you have finish > Refresh your browser to see the changes.

As we mentioned before, if you would like to pass from MANUAL MODE to AUTOMATIC OPTIMIZATION > just click on the wheel next to each offer and set the values of all offers to 0 or 100.

This action will RESET your offers stats and the algorithm will start to work for you.
